Your date is secured once your agreement is signed and the initial payment is received.
A $175 initial payment, equal to one hourly rental hour, goes toward your total. It is not an additional fee. Split the rental into up to three payments, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. Events booked within 14 days require full payment. Photo sessions are paid in full at booking.
For new bookings under these terms: cancel 30 or more days before your event for a refund of rental payments received; 14–29 days before for a 50% refund of rental payments received; fewer than 14 days before, rental payments are not refundable. The agreement you sign governs your reservation. Existing bookings retain their signed terms.
Hourly event rentals include one shared complimentary hour for setup and cleanup, divided however you like. Full-day and weekday workshop rentals include setup and cleanup within their stated access time. Vendors must arrive and depart within your agreed access window. Confirm your access and event times with Kristie.
There is no standard cleaning fee. Please wash any venue dishes you use and set them out to dry, remove all trash to the designated disposal area, clean up spills, and take home your decorations and belongings. Décor donations must be approved. A $500 cleaning fee may apply if substantial mess is left or required cleanup is not completed. Damage is handled separately.
Overtime may be charged at $200 per hour at Kristie’s discretion. Please plan your rental time to include guest departure and all required cleanup, and discuss any extension in advance.
